Angel

From absolute cruelty and near death to this beautiful girl today.

Still a long way to go.

She is now passported to me and legally ours and safe at last.

A massive thank you to Pedro Azevedo and Team who helped us from the beginning.

The assistance of the police in Monover and Nieves, who were brilliant and have even sent messages of support and thanks.

Thank you to everyone for your continued support.

Today is a big day !! Angel will officially be ours and safe forever. I've been seriously nervous since we rescued her that her owner would come forward to claim her. Of course, we would have fought all the way, not happening. The paperwork will be completed this afternoon. Upping our game on treatments. She's doing really well. On Wednesday she is seeing my dear Paraiso Del Perro for a massive pampering session. Today she moves into the caravan with me .Come on Angel, our beautiful girl

What a morning.

My dear Paraiso Del Perro worked her magic today.

And a lot of work, patience and TLC was required.

Angel, who is now officially ours had a major groom and pampering session.

Her skin is bad, feet, nails everything. After 2 hours of bathing, trimming, brushing she was done and looks wonderful . We took out all the knots and tangles, as much sore skin as possible. Gave her a complete check over from top to tail.

She will go with us each week for the next month or so.

Small steps.

She was so so good and an absolute beauty has emerged.

We also took our darling Flossie knickers, sadly her age and health issues are beginning to affect her. We are making her as comfortable as possible. I shall be with her constantly.

Mcphee was of course in attendance for the bisquits and to ensure we all did our jobs properly.

As soon as we returned, Angel jumped straight into her pool and tucked into lunch.

These sessions are monumental for our rescued babies.
